- Report Problems - Make sure you report problems as soon they
arise. You have a duty to keep your losses to a minimum, and give
the holiday company the chance to put things right
- Always put your complaint in writing, ask in resort if there is a complaint form, make sure you sign and date it before handing it back to your holiday rep
