- Complain to the airline - If you experience delays or
cancellations, take action as soon as possible.
- Check if you are entitled to compensation and if you are due
compensation how much you're due. Send this to the airline with all
receipts and keep copies of everything.
- If the airline won't pay - taking the dispute further
