British Airways strike cancelled after a High Court Ruling finds in British Airways favour.
Following the case of British Airways and the proposed 12 day walkout of cabin crew, it has been ruled by the High Court that the strike is invalid.
Mrs Justice Cox said "the union Unite broke rules by mailing voting slips to hundreds of former British Airways staff".
Unite have not ruled out further ballots and the threat of a walk out early next year by staff.
