You should receive your confirmation email confirming your membership details soon after you have completed the registration process. Once you have received this, you can start using the service. If you do not receive your confirmation email straight away and you have a spam filter in place, please check that first, and if it is not there, call us on 01992 822828,8.30am-6pm Momday to Friday. Please ensure you quote your membership number in all correspondence.
