Joanne can be recognised as one of 'the faces of Which? Legal Service' on TV, appearing on GMTV, BBC Breakfast, Working Lunch and Watchdog where she has been called upon regularly to give her expert views on consumers' rights.

Joanne began her career in private practice in London's West End specialising in litigation and employment law. Joanne has been with Which? Legal Service for six years and advises on all areas that we cover but spends a lot of her time helping people with their employment cases.
